Yes, agree with this, with a bit of composure in front of goal , he should have a good future here and he's got the right people to learn from coaching him.0 -
Agree with the consensus, if Lapslie can add goals to his hard running game then he will start more games for the 1st team.0

Morgan and Lapslie were both outstanding today. Marshall Parker and Cummins did well. Fosu continues to frustrate.
It was a close game where we struggled to contain elliot's aerial dominance. Does not look like the Lions have any youth coming through. Goals are worth seeing if you can catch them on valley pass.5 -
Big fan of Morgan. He doesn’t over complicate things and tries to pass the forward instead of side ways.bolloxbolder said:Morgan and Lapslie were both outstanding today. Marshall Parker and Cummins did well. Fosu continues to frustrate.

Struggled at Hampton & Richmond and didn't have his loan extended.harveys_gardener said:What has happened to Dan Bowry? I thought he was the defender most likely to make it next.

A big jump from Isthmian North (i.e. 8th tier) to L1, but a number of clubs seem to have looked at him. Interestingly Paul Hayes is now playing for Sudbury, doesn't he also work in our academy?Athletico Charlton said:0 -
Personally did not think he looked better than what we currently have. Also a bit small for a centre half which meant Elliot gave him a tough time and dominated him aerially.Athletico Charlton said:1 -

Remember when Wimbledon did that smash and grab at the valley a couple of seasons ago when Elliott scored the winner.bolloxbolder said:

I agree. Elliot is a beast and a big ask for the ladsoapboxsam said:

But then in non league football, I assume he would be used to dealing with big lumps up front, it's pace and skill which are rarer!Blucher said:
