I had a small e/w bet on Xander Schauffle at 40/10

Fleetwood not going too badly so far. Two under from seven holes.0

Listened to 'The Cut' podcast featuring Eddie Pepperell. He has such a dry sense of humour. Enjoyed the podcast, thanks for recommending.0

I bet on Fleetwood to lead after today so here's hoping.

Wallace now 500-1. To**er.0

Very bunched field so far, no-one better than -3 and something like 50 players within 3 shots of the lead.0
-
I had a little bet on McIIlroy to win and ew on Smith and Rose0
-
Have to wait till Saturday / Sunday to watch it on BBC 20
-
Koepka looking good, think he might be leading the field at the end of the day (hopefully I've not just cursed him as I have a bet on him...)0
-
Good chance for Poults to take the lead.0

Five birdies in six holes on the back nine...Callumcafc said:Koepka looking very dangerous
Two shot lead at six under and still has three holes left to play.0 -
He's such an underrated player, some how. Hopefully he lays into the US media (eg Brandel Chamblee) after this.
From Twitter: Brooks out here, sabotaging his body just to make this whole major thing 5% harder for himself.0 -
ZJ accidentally hitting his ball on the 13th tee. I thought that would count!?0 -
Spieth starting to pick up0

Accident or not, that should countRedPanda said:

Awful late tackle, completely missed the ball. He's lucky not to see red there.1 -
Disagree. People accidentally knock the ball off the tee all the time.Elthamaddick said:

Nope. The ball is not in play from the tee until a stroke is made with the intent of hitting the ball.RedPanda said:

Said the other day that it's not a course for Rory. He also doesn't have the skill & nouse of Woods for getting out of trouble.
I think a yank will win it....

Amazing performance from Langer - -1 and tied 29th at 61 years of age.1

It should count if only for stupidity1

I bloody hope someone in the crowd shouted “that’s one”.Elthamaddick said:It should count if only for stupidity1 -
It should've counted and then Zach Johnson should've had to have played the next shot with his trousers round his ankles as he didn't get it past the ladies tees - The PGA Tour need to tighten up the rules!3

That was as fun a Friday as I can remember. Loads of big names going low and all kinds of silliness.Jon Rahm also had a shank on 8 censored and Aphibarnrat (a really funny guy anyway) ended up on the floor.4

This. And the fact that he's so desperate to win it its a hinderance to him. Too tense.golfaddick said:Said the other day that it's not a course for Rory. He also doesn't have the skill & nouse of Woods for getting out of trouble.
