    Wild field mushrooms, with blue cheese sauce and rocket to start
    Amuse-bouche
    Chateaubriand with spinach and baby new potatoes
    Raspberry sorbet with mint ice-cream

    A huge strong cheese board with a selection of biscuits

    A bottle of port
    Double espresso

    A great oaky red wine to wash down the chateaubriand
    A bottle of Krug to finish off

    I could die happy then ....

    Either African Sweet potato Stew or Chicken Casserole, dumplings and mashed potato. Difficult choice as i am vegetarian!

    Fried Eggs, well done bacon, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, bubble & squeak, buttered toast and lots of strong hot sweet tea.
