Tbf we were in Club Wembley seats for the Joshua fight.
We were up behind where the goal would be.
The fighters were a mere dot on the horizon.
We, I say we, me a mate and our other halves are also in Club Wembley seats for The Spice Girls in 3 weeks time.
Hopefully, they too will be a mere dot on the horizon.4 -
I'll be in club Wembley, I've been a few times as my Dad has two season tickets at Wembley. So here is what I know regarding replica shirts from my visits.
The rules do state no replica shirts etc, but I always see people in replica shirts in club Wembley. in my 6/8 visits to club matches at the stadium, which include playoffs games and FA Cup I have never seen the stewards eject anyone for wearing a club shirt.
Now, like I say it's in the rules and you are taking a risk but I think you'll be fine.0 -

Apparently Freddie Starr Teddy Boy outfits are fine.0

@Covered End Appreciate you were having a laugh, but I have just read the T&Cs on the ticket, and here is the only reference to dress code there.
2. Any attempt to gain access to the Ground wearing colours of the team other than the name of any team endorsed on the face of your Ticket may result in admission being refused and in such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered.
The ticket is for the whole package. They are on very dodgy ground legally. I am amazed they can be so sloppy. Oh wait, who owns Wembley?1 -

I'd maybe bring a shirt to change into if they do get awkward.
If you haven't already got the ok in writing.0 -

"Further clarify dress code"? WTF?
I'm guessing the need to 'clarify' is the replica shirts issue - seems a bit ambiguous from the ClubWembley site.
So if you read that it says:
REPLICA CLUB COLOURS
To help make your event day a safe and enjoyable occasion for all we would like to remind you and your guests that replica club colours are not permitted for club matches. The only exception to this is for some Sky Bet Play-Off Finals, where segregation is in place and you have a team specific ticket.
Replica colours MAY NOT be worn at the following:
The FA Cup Semi Finals & Final
The League Cup Final
The FA Community Shield
Replica colours may be worn in some sections at the following (please call us on 0800 783 1442 for specific information):
The Sky Bet Play-Off Finals - Club Colours cannot be worn in Level One Diamond Hospitality. If your ticket is located in Level Two (i.e. block 211 etc) then club colours are fine.

You need to be clear on which hospitality you have and which level.0 -

Anyway. They've got an email and I will chase them up tomorrow morning. Hopefully we can all start talking about who is in what lounge, which was my main reason for starting the thread.0 -
Curb_It said:Hi @Glovepup I haven’t received my Pdf as yet. What time can you normally go in if you just have regular CW seats?
I know we got the championship playoff ones sent today as i sent them to a friend, I'd hope we have the tickets for our game too.
The time can you get in? Not entirely sure on that, I'll find out for you. I know my Dad when he goes likes to get their early and have some food and drink, I normally get there at least a couple of hours before KO.0 -

Well I do have a team specific ticket...anyway I've mailed them, and invoked a few phrases from my law studies...FFS what a palava
God bless all you toffs.
Good luck to them. Not convinced either way to be honest if I had the option whether I’d want to or not, but never say never I suppose.
One of us was slightly more left wing than Tony Ben. Look at my user name!
I am taking the piss though. Considered it myself and was really tempted for the whole Wembley experience, but I am buying with friends who I know would prefer a beer in a pub with fellow supporters; and my son is in the singing bit and there is no way he would fancy nobbing it with me, so it is the stalls for me.
Dragging him up proper though!1 -
It seems significantly simpler down in the cheap seats!0

My mate organised it for us and he said we can wear what we want , so i’ll be in a Charlton polo shirt , if it fits/arrives , i shamefully bought from the club shop online in a fit of excitement on Saturday
in 251 ,plus Venue restaurant
i’ll Be the bloke telling everyone we’re gonna lose at ht when we’re 3-0 up or saying I told you so when we are 0-3 down
another mate who is Chelsea (his old man has some debenture seats near where the Players walk up and some other lounge access )
says you can wear jeans trainers etc and said where he’s been in past there is a no football shirt policy but everyone still wears them

Time to get your Charlton underwear on. I’m assuming they won’t check for that.0

This is why I stay at home, in the middle of the Forrest, struggling through a "live" stream with a 10 minute delay. Saves all the confusion and I wear what I want0

Not sure why him and his mate need to go though. "sorry love, could only get two tickets so just you and Doris go. Have a great time";.

Your Mrs must be a bit more self assured than mine.
She would never go to a gig without me.
I wouldn't mind but the Spice Girls tickets were @£150 each ffs.
I will need to get pissed to cope and then I've got to be up before 6am the next day, as we're off to Southampton for England v WI in the cricket WC.1 -
