    So are so are we now back to the days of clubs having two or three new kits every season again?

    i remember there was a bit of a backlash about that a good few years back and they stopped it. But it’s all ok again now?

    Personally, as long as it’s red shirts and white shorts I’m not really bothered.

    Just NOT that rugby league looking rubbish we had a few years back.

    Ive always been firmly in the 'grown men shouldn't wear a replica top' camp, and i get the not a penny more stance as well, HOWEVER if Hummel bring out a pinstripe kit for us i would be seriously tempted to buy one and pass it off as 'retro look'.

    Id hazard a guess that its going to be a kit similar to the above seeing that Henry has hinted towards that particular kit a couple of times now

    I don't have a huge problem with Black socks, mainly because like others, that Osca kit is my first memory of a Charlton kit. 

    Also it's a colour in the club badge, so shouldn't be excluded from the home kit. 

    But I'm also a massive traditionalist on kits, and think we should always have White shirts, Red or Black shorts as an away kit.

    Also to those questioning why we have fallen behind others, I doubt the delay is entirely because of a change of sponsor. Well kind of. I think we probably agreed with 2 sponsors depending on where we finished... L1 Cheap Sponsor, Champ Decent Sponsor.

    I like the 1988/89 season. The red white white combo. 
    We were wearing white socks against that lovely little Romanian team thought it looked neat.

    If we had the away kit from 83/84 as well that would be absolutely fkin outstanding.
