I think 'Heritage' could be Peter Heritage who played non league for Hastings and Margate amongst others before, relatively late in his career, getting taken on by Gillingham around the time Mike Flanagan was manager if memory serves me right. Flanagan played with Heritage for a short while at Margate I think when Paddy Powell was manager down there.
Heritage did alright at Gillingham and got another league gig at Hereford afterwards before dropping back to non-league.
EDIT: I think Heritage is the under 11 season ticket holder in the photo....
