So here's the deal. You get to offer one place that you have actually visited to be put into a guide book. It can be anywhere in the world and you can only pick one.
I actually did this game on visiting a close friend (for the last time) as she was in her final days of terminal cancer (49 FFS). Anyway it brought both joy and sadness to her family present when they learned of her choice as none of them would ever have known.
Mine is a little sea food restaurant overlooking the tiny harbour in Elounda, on the Northern coast of Crete. The restaurant has boats moored next to it where the staff go out each day to bring on the catch for the days menu.

I've been lucky enough to have traveled in the America's, Far East, Australia, Europe and lived briefly in Scandinavia.
Many places made a big impression on me - Kakadu national park in Australia's Northern Territory amazing remoteness.
I rented a log cabin in Yellowstone national park in America and saw bears, wolves etc.
Maybe the most beautiful was India's Taj Mahal.1 -
Elounda for me.Perfect place.Been 18 times on the spin and have many Greek friends now. So sitting outside the Allygos bar in the square for me.
