    Roland is a poopoohead. Fact
  • I agree with @SoundAsa£ if we lose Taylor in January because RD has not offered him a decent contract and also doesn't do something to tie down LB on a long term contract, and let's face it if  ALL potential suitors have walked away he can't use that as an excuse not to anymore, then I can see more 'ambitious' owners coming in for him and offering him a kings ransom. I hope I'm wrong but we're talking about RD here, and he doesn't care for the club by any stretch of the imagination.
Taylor tells Dushitelet to f*** off and sign for somebody in the summer.

2017, PC Keith Palmer stabbed to death in a terrorist attack outside The Houses of Parliament. Also The deaths of 2 fine Charlton defenders Paul Went & Dave Shipperley who were sadly only in their sixties.
  • To clarify Bows has a year left on his contract, and will have same tomorrow, next month and next year. Signing him for longer would be nice but doesn't stop managers being poached.

Well if Bowyer is poached, Roland will have egg on his face!

Are you sure it's a 1-year rolling contract, and not just 12 months from July 1st 2019?

OS reads as though it was just another twelve months from 1st July

Bowyer's contract ends in eight months' time.

    So...
Wen* is the next scheduled "Take Over" meeting with the Fans Forum, when they are told there are 2, 3, 4 interested parties still involved, who have/ haven't started/ completed due diligence, have/ haven't agreed terms with respect to the former directors' loans, etc, etc, ?

    *=When (oops!)

Will there be a 'scramble' to replace him ?

They would really have to shell out to sign Bowyer.

We shouldn't rely too much on Bowyer, that would be putting all our eggs in one basket.

Shortly after RD has been given the opportunity to spout some misleading statements on a national radio sport station, I'd imagine.

Roland has stakes in CharltonLife - the more traffic, the more money he makes. This thread was his idea to drive traffic up. NLA and JS are actually Roland

I'm missing your egg pun here, either it must be a rotten attempt or only par boiled.

I think your brain has been coddled. (Egg pun?)
  • @JamesSeed just a quick point of clarification. Are you saying that, and I recognise it’s to the best of your knowledge, the Australians are now out completely or just the potential US investment?

Roland is a cnut and I cannot believe that anyone would negotiate with him for more than a couple of weeks before telling him to poke it.
To suggest the Aussies have been in talks for over two years and are still in talks beggars belief.

To save going completely mad, you have to view all this takeover talk sunny side up
