    Preston pressing up the pitch and in midfield, not giving too much time to Charlton players. Preston only 5 points away from home strangely enough. 

    Connor Gallagher having a good game. He has some engine on him. 

    Will be happy to get to half time for Lee Bowyer & Johnnie Jackson to sort it out. Preston lots of shots over the bar.

    Pleased to see Naby has settled down. There's a real gap in the midfield when the defenders are looking to play out.  I'm spending a lot of time wondering where Kayal actually is. Partially that's because there's absolutely nothing on down our right side, but he could do with imposing himself more and trying to drive with the ball

    Preston header over the bar from a dangerous position - Charlton competitive but not a great half so far bar Connor Gallagher & Darren Prately. Pearson falls over and buys a freekick from the referee.
