Wow! It's got to the point where there's evidence of an interested party in the directors box, but everyone just carries on with what they were doing because we all know it ain't happening.
From those pics he's not even in the directors' box.

He wasn't.  Fourth row for the front of west lower.

    This proves that

    A. He didn't want to sit with the regime

    B. Wanted to sit with the real fans

    C. He just wanted to see the game and isn't buying the club

    D. None of the above
    A. He had to pay for his ticket

    B. He didn’t want to sit with the real fans as the drum is too loud.

    C. Half a game is all he could bare.

    D. All of the above.

The club don't place any new potential investors in the directors box as they know @Airman Brown  takes pictures of it each match

this all a plot from those who don't want this thread to be sunk..

Anyway we all know RD was trying to get the Army to buy the club, did you see the Directors box?

On a more serious note, the bugler is always very moving but particularly so I felt this time.

I heard a woman call her companion 'Sydney' in the doctors waiting room this morning, if that isn't proof enough of something for all you doubters and naysayers nothing will ever satisfy you.

@razil agree about the bugler. Pretty near perfect, the whole 'ceremony' was impeccable.

Given as every time Muir comes we lose 1-0 and barely muster a chance, I hope he never turns up again.

In seriousness though, he’s done it to prove a point and the fact the game was on Sky cant be a coincidence. If he didn’t want to get noticed he wouldn’t choose a sky game surely.

The Aussies are out, and I’ve just heard the yanks are too. Apparently Roland is impossible to deal with, although @eaststandmike thinks he isn’t, which is interesting?
Sorry @Addicktion can’t comment on sources at the moment. I will tell you in person, but it’ll cost you a pint.

Joint Aussie/Yanks bid rejected a few weeks back. Second bid may or may not be still on the table.

    Ok.

Isn't that the area which the protestors liked to occupy, especially when Katrien was still around...

No, that's just to the right of where he sat; behind the away dug out. She may be gone but I'm still there!
  • Least he's been to see us play more than Roland has!!

Maybe he still hasn't unlocked the money and Roland is still charging full price for a box.

    E. he had some bored ankle-biter booting his seat throughout the first half and when he turned to said irritant's parent/guardian "Look mate, turn it in with the seat kickin' can't ya, it's doin me crust in?"  by way of reply he got indignant snowflake petulance and switched seats muttering about "...whinging pom, needs to grow a pair and give the young'un a thick ear while he's at it, crikey"

He certainly arrived and sat on his own. He did strike up a conversation with the two guys to his right (the guy with the cap and the mostly hidden bald fella to his right), but stood alone at h/t.
  • 2025 BC - The Old Assyrian Empire is established. Charlton lose 2-0 at The Really Really Old Den.
  • So did he sit in the same seats the 6-7 blokes with identical scarves sat in during the previous home game?  Are these seats now reserved for potential owners?

Aussie (+ US backing) attempt to buy the club is over.

Can't say which source supplied the info, but apparently RD was impossible to deal with, and they've had enough.
This post got me over the 4k LOLs mark!

Can I just mention that they might be back in again? (Aiming at 5k)
