  • I really enjoyed the Harry Hill Movie! One of those that I wanted to see again after straight after we watched it.Bit surreal. The sea shell people were quality and I think there was a giant hamster - what else would you want
    I was!

I'm not knocking this thread because many people love it, but I've looked through all the Xmas films and there's not one I want to watch. Some ok films, but when you you've seen them all....

Anyway, Happy Xmas to all the film lovers and all on CL.

The Railway Children 31st December. A great film for kids, plus it's got trains for us (supposed adults).

Today’s films are really weak compared to what we’ve had so far.

We started watching The Frankenstein Chronicles last night. Only 2 episodes in, but not bad so far.

Great thread by the way Beds mate. Mrs even asked me to check it out earlier, for what on tonight
  • True Grit is a great film.

Watching Rise of Skywalker tonight though and don't feel I'm missing too much, think there'll be better nights of films.

    No pressure Beds.

...or White Christmas! Love a bit of Bing and Danny Kaye.

I’ll be honest , it’s been a real struggle to find any good , modern films on Terrestrial TV this year . Even Film4 who I can normally  rely on for good movies seem to have given up the ghost . I’m just hoping it gets better .

Mr One, at least you’ve managed to stay awake to watch it!

For the record, it’s gone on record.
