    Put the away fans in the South corner of East Stand and allow standing for home fans in the JS.

    Better choice of lagers and ales in all concourses and lounges and at a more reasonable price
    More kiosks on the concourse with a proper queuing system. Seen it work at Norwich, with 25,000 fans, when I've been to a few games so no reason why we can't with smaller crowds
    Toilets done up 
    Any fan who emails the club asking for goal music to played to be blocked
