    I'm really surprised that they all mainly have Yorkshires on the dinner?  I've never had that.. until i went out to eat this year.  Would never cross my mind to serve up a Yorkshire on Christmas Day.  I do love them but not for Xmas day.

    Must admit last year was the first where we had Yorkshires, to please my daughter in law. But if you have beef on the plate as well as turkey, as we always do, then why not?

    Good point, only have turkey and ham so maybe that's why I dont think of it.  Surely the opening of the oven several times checking would cause extra stress on a cook trying to cook them properly along with the other stuff in the oven.

    That’s why you use frozen. Whack them in for 4 mins at the end
