Anyone remember when this started?
Thinking about it this morning, and I can’t remember when it got going and how or who started it.

Can we capture the jumps in this thread, for those of us who can't go to The Valley...
There have been some good ones over the years.

Could the tunnel jump be the cause of our injury problems? 😉15

Not with our recent form......SX_Addick said:Could the tunnel jump be the cause of our injury problems? 😉12 -
I always thought it was Chris Powell after the FA Cup win at Coventry at the old Highfield Road ground in 20003

Maybe we need a hall of fame? Certainly Powell (even when he was playing for Watford, which was odd!) Elliot, Holland used the do it. Holland also used to applaud the crowd irrespective of the result. Wish more players did that.2

Kins was the double fist pump to the covered end, Powell started the tunnel jump and it has never stopped. With out injury record I am surprised nobody has broken a leg doing it.5

a great tradition. long may it continue7

It’s a Chris Powell creation. A great tradition that will be going for many, many years.1

Very much kept alive by Rob Elliott , once Powell left!Did Jackson do it for a while too?2

Thought it was started by Powell. No recollection of Kinsella doing it.1

These players seem a lot more keen on the tunnel jump than they used to be.Bought in, is the term I think.0

Possibly more noticeable because we are winning quite a lot of home games now.Super_Eddie_Youds said:These players seem a lot more keen on the tunnel jump than they used to be.Bought in, is the term I think.
Poor old Charlie Kirk probably never got many chances to do a tunnel jump and if he did, wouldn't have been running fast enough to get off the ground.7 -
