Log out and sign in again with your Apple ID, should reset it.0

Go to your network provider shop and swap it for an android...

Turn it off and on again and make sure the in-built VPN isn't switched on..0 -

Are you in the same country as your phone?0

Check the find my iphone app and see where it says you are.
Log out of apple ID turn off VPN and log back in again0
