RIP Steve, great songs and fond memories.1

I loved the Sweet. Saw them, like others, at Greenwich Town Hall. As a teenage girl I wanted hair just like Brian Connolly's. Still have every single somewhere. R.I.P. Steve2

check out how these 2 sound the same , blockbuster/Sweet and the jean genie/David Bowie Released pretty much the same time in 1972,
i bought them both but more a Bowie fan at the time. Same riff.
As an aside David Jones went to the same school as me!0 -

I play Love is Like Oxygen quite a bit.Not your typical glam rock Sweet song, more towards the end of their career, but a decent rock sound. Vocalist was the half brother to the actor that played Taggert.0
