They do. However with Teams you can only mute an individual or everyone. You'd therefore have to mute all and then unmute those participating, which means a temporary stop before continuing.siblers said:The meeting organiser should have the ability to mute people who shouldn't have their mics on

It is so easy to mute people on Teams... I do it to colleagues all the time who fail to understand the need to mute themselves whilst they are eating.
