    LOVE IT! That is a real beauty. It looks much better on the players than when it was laying flat. The trim is really nice too. 10/10 Hummel. Can't wait for the Home now.

    Yeah, that's really good. 

    Sad that it's a pre-order from next week. Means if I get one it won't be for a month due to international shipping.

    I wore that grey shirt when I picked up my Coca Cola Soccer Star Scheme (3*) award from Bobby Robson. As I got the certificate he whispered "did I get your name right?", which he did. And given that it's not an easy name to read out loud, and his penchant for getting names wrong, that was impressive. 

    Anyway, it makes me like this kit.

    Had only seen the pics where it looked ecru... Seen the official ones now where it looks grey... Much prefer the proper pics colours

    Really like that kit, had a look in the wardrobe and it seems I'm a Hummel away shirt fan as I've got them all and only 1 home.

    My issue with this kit is I just don't think it will look as nice when a bunch of out of shape blokes like us start to put it on.

    You're not wrong. My impression, going from my zero experience and knowledge of garment construction, is this kit may excenuate it a little more. 

    Maybe I'm just jealous at how good the professional footballers look in it.

    Wearing a club shirt is the modern equivalent of wearing a scarf back in the day. It defines you as a fan.
    It is annoying, cruel and embarrassing that it so starkly exposes every belly, man-boob and any other hideous defect of age and excess.

    That would of course be a subjective judgement. For me it would be the dog's bollox, for all the others, perhaps, they would settle on the alternative.

    I like the design, I just have an issue with grey kits, great in the Premier League where floodlights are brighter than daylight, less so in League 1 where they are shit. 

    Didn't the old grey kit go to early grave as it was so hard to see under lights?
