Valley Pass livestream sign up info - CAFC v Doncaster 19/09 3pm - CAFC Cash signups by 9am Sat

Saturday's home game against Doncaster Rovers is available to watch live on Valley Pass for those not in attendance.
There are a variety of different ways supporters can purchase the stream of the game to allow them to use money owed to them from season ticket purchases.
All supporters
Any individual can purchase directly on the Valley Pass website. A match pass costs £10 in the UK and Ireland and £7 internationally - pricing is set by the EFL. Click here to purchase a match pass.
2020/21 full season-ticket holders*
Any supporter who bought a full season ticket and isn't amongst the 1,000 able to attend Saturday's game, can purchase the pass using money owed to them as CAFC Cash. This will be available by clicking here on Friday from 4pm until 9am on Saturday morning. Following your purchase you will be sent a code on Saturday morning which you will need to redeem to access the stream.
2019/20 season-ticket holders
Any supporter who purchased a season ticket last season and hasn't used up all of their CAFC Cash will be able to purchase Saturday's live stream with remaining CAFC Cash from last season. This will be available by clicking here on Friday from 4pm until 9am on Saturday morning. Following your purchase you will be sent a code on Saturday morning which you will need to redeem to access the stream.
2020/21 22-game season ticket holders
The 22-game season ticket, which went on sale from August 24th, did not include Saturday's game against Doncaster Rovers, so supporters will not have money owed to them as CAFC Cash for the Doncaster game. They can still purchase a live stream pass by clicking here.
Supporters living abroad
Supporters living abroad can purchase a season live video pass for £140, which will give them access to every game the club is allowed to stream internationally during the 2020/21 season. Click here to purchase.
A match pass for supporters living abroad costs £7. Click here to purchase.
Supporters can purchase a match pass by clicking here.
Please note, end of season passes purchased with CAFC Cash for the 2019/20 season have now expired and will not get you access to Saturday’s game.
Should you have any questions or queries on this year’s streaming, please email website@cafc.co.uk.
*Please note supporters will be refunded CAFC Cash at the value of one game based on their season-ticket purchase price. If their one-game value is less than £10 (the purchase price for a streaming voucher), their CAFC Cash will be increased to £10 to ensure they can purchase, unless they are U18s or U11s with an account linked to the same household as someone else with access to CAFC Cash from the Doncaster game.

I'd probably suggest emailing the club now in case there's a chance of them sorting it before the morning, and if they don't then you've got evidence that the fault was at their end not yours when you ask them to refund you later.

Same for me. Season ticket purchased but it's not showing that I have any CAFC cash and trying to charge me for the stream. Any thoughts?
Otherwise I'll just have to pay for it and try and get a refund later but I'm not sure I have much faith in that process.

If they’re going to charge people £10 a match they really need to get this audio thing sorted out, it’s absolutely ridiculous.3
