None. Something i tweeted Thomas about... Currently no way i can watch a full replay of the game. ValleyPass only plays the full game live which is the witching hour in NZ. Desperate for the new owner to somehow create a platform that enables offshore full replay.

Just a few goals via Sky for me so far.

Watching streams on an iPad etc just don’t appeal to me, and I haven’t got Firesticks, Dingles, Dongles or whatever else you need to sort out TV.

I can’t get into this season properly at all yet if I’m honest.
You can beam it on to the TV without any firesticks, dingles, dongles or apples.

On a laptop go to  Settings > Devices then 'Add bluetooth or other device' then choose 'wireless display or dock'. your TV make/model should then appear to choose and then your laptop screen should then cast onto your TV.

Appreciate you have an iPad rather than a laptop but this is the process for laptop users, hopefully a similar process should be available to cast to your TV from an iPad. Of course you may need to ensure your TV is capable of being beamed to but I think this is built in these days as a default setting.

Do you have a laptop or desktop pc. If so All you need is a usb wire, plug one end into desktop/laptop and the other in the tele and change the av channel on the tv with a remote.
  • I love it ,  no rushing about to leave home 2 hrs before kick off to get through the blackwall tunnel and the inevitable road rage that comes with the rest of the world being shit drivers .
no being near people , everyone just seems to be in the way .
and when it’s wank I can just look away from the telly, fall asleep , read iPad  , whatever I’m not stuck there in the freezing cold , telling the kids to shut up and it’s not nearly finished we’re only ten mins in to the first half .

i missed some early on due to playing cricket but I can handle this and I don’t feel guilty about not being there cos that options not available.

i miss the rare piss up with mates
miss the kids having no choice but to watch the game cos we’re there , the early interest in the games from them disappeared and only the oldest will watch us now the other zombies are PlayStation divs.

  • No midweek games. Too late. That's the only reason I don't but a Valley Pass season ticket.

All of Swindon, all of Crewe, second half of Lincoln and last fifteen minutes of Sunderland. None of Doncaster.

I’m usually  a die hard follower on the streams but since the ESI bollocks there was just no incentive for midnight and now 2am kick offs for me. I’m hoping that a few good signings will re kindle the passion.

Every kick so far apart from the JPT games, it’s nothing to be proud of.
I completely agree, the JPT is nothing to be proud of.  Whoever thought letting in the U-21s should be ashamed of themselves.
  • Nothing, and will continue that way.

I cannot get into football with no fans in the grounds.
But you've been doing it for years

3 out the 4 league games (didn’t watch Crewe).  Haven’t seen the Leasing Trophy games or the League Cup games.  Managed to get a ticket for Donny.

So how dare you have a go at me for my views. Start watching the matches & then you can comment.....until then your views count for very little.

Edit. It seems that you aren't the only one. It amazes me how people can have a go at others for their views but haven't watched the team play.

As it stands I've watched the first 3 league games but missed yesterdays.
So people that do not attend a game cannot have an opinion?

I was one of the lucky ( unlucky ) fans who attended the Doncaster game.
    And that's it.
All other games I follow on sky sports and Charlton life match thread.

General point - I think that if you have not actually watched a particular game then you can’t have an opinion on players performances.

Watched all the league games... it’s a bitch being on so late, but I won’t complain because it’s magic being able to watch the boys, an on demand service would be heaven for us Ex pats ... but now I’ll get up early instead and watch the early games as 2 am kick off is just a bit much

    Just clips.

I’m playing football on Saturday afternoons and I find football without fans really hard to get into tbh.
  • All league games.

Won't pay more for a stream than i would for a ticket to the game on the others!

I said all but I must admit I didn't watch (or take into account) the mickey mouse EFL Trophy games.

After all the years of strife, protest and shit I don't want to miss any of the league action now we're in happier times.

The only games I haven't seen live action from were the Wet Spam cup and Donny league matches and voted accordingly. Followed both the aforementioned games on CL and SSN though.

Watched all 9 last season but none this season

    Ditto.
I have always watched Charlton ever since I phoned up the Esther Ransen child line and they managed to stop my Dad taking me down the Den. (TBF to my dad he was a Bermondsey boy) I was 10.

For many years I was a season ticket holder and on average 8 aways games a season at Cafc.

Feel bruised and battered by all things Charlton athletic, despite this new journey under the brave and gallant Thomas Sandgaard.

Only watching lowlights on quest so far because I'm watching grass roots football.
    Sorry that's a lie ?
My local team play on a 3G pitch.

It's bloody hard to disagree with Golfie's sentiment here.

Quite a few giving big old reviews of what they think is going on, but aren't even watching.

For reference I have watched the full games for:

    Swindon
    Crewe
    West Ham
    Doncaster

    I have Listened to:
    Sunderland
    AFC Wimbledon
    Lincoln

Also watched 2/3's of the Brighton U21 game

I am sure we used to have a watch back feature, didn't have commentary but I definitely used to watch back some games in the old CAFCPlayer days...

Was cheaper and we got more... Yay.

All the games so far. Didn’t really watch the Brighton game but had it in in the background.
  • Nothing, I don't know if the ownership fiasco or even the covid situation, maybe even the varst sums of money at the top of the game, but something has changed for me, having held season tickets for many years this is odd, I think that a season off would do the world of good and recharge my Charlton batteries.
  • All of the league games, including being at the Valley for the Donny match.
