I had no idea Kashashy was 'involved' with Eric Kayser. Quite a few of them here in Hong Kong.0

As part of the wider football community it is incumbent on us to inform the Burnley supporters groups of our experience and knowledge of Farnell et al, and to support them should they wish to fight the takeover. If they choose not to listen to us then that is their decision - we can do no more. You can lead a horse to water ......31

If it's true and Farnell is involved, we can guess the model of takeover. Garlick wants out, transfers assets for £1, Farnell and El Kleptocrat claim they have £200 million in a Armenian bank account and have an email to prove it, whilst they struggle to realise fake funds they try get new investment from a billionaire cruise ship crooner from S.London. All legitimate investors contacted walk away in disgust at the potential fraud ongoing.
Burnley fans can believe what they want, but any Charlton fan who could write their name knew from the start Farnell is an avatar for pure football malfeasence.10 -
The arrogance of Farnell is mind boggling.
Would love to know the current friendship status between him and Elliott4 -
An idea on the Burnley forum is that the whole story has just been put out by Farnell to highlight that his EFL ban has been lifted.
It wouldn't surprise me too much if that was the case.13 -
Big mistake trying to fuck us over Farnell. You can run but you can't hide ......

He will have quite literally written it himself.0 -
So Farnell “forgot” to tick the right box?! How plausible is that?! Mind you, he fucked up the wording of the injunction so anything is possible, I guess! Burnley fans, you have been warned...6

I do feel sorry for Paul Elliot, though, the little chap had his heart set on owning a football club and now no mention of him anywhere...

No way these jokers have that sort of money fresh after failing to buy us and failing to get Dave Jones in and failing in their injunction to prevent us being sold to a legitimate owner.
Hopefully Burnley fans see sense and do their research and see these parasites for what they are.

Elliot’s probably busy planning for his day in court next month when he can prove he owns ESI.8

Farnell being discussed now on talkSPORT0

If this comes to fruition, Pope, Stephens and Gudmundsson are welcome to come back to the valley but we can't guarantee them 1st team football.
The Burnley chairman will lose Sean Dyche if he's not careful, and by dealing with Farnell; Garlick is leaving a bad taste in the mouth.

“Farnell, 50, is a senior partner at IPS Law, based in Hale, which has advised the Belgium manager Roberto Martínez and players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and David Silva”It continues to make me sick that this is always the introductory bio which journalists use for Farnell. It makes him sound professional and decent.30

They conveniently forget to mention that his involvement with Ronaldo ended with Ronaldo in front of a judge for tax fraud

How frustrating.
But so it also was on here, reading apologists for Nimer, Marian Mihail, and yes, even Southall, Elliott, and Farnell, long after their collective and individual malign inputs into our situation were crystal clear to others.
Most fans are optimists - why else would so many bet every season on their club winning their league?!!
Burnley fans are just like us, initially seeing £-signs where they don't exist. (Remember all the "we're f***ing rich comments?)
By providing them with well-founded information, based on the research done by so many Addicks, the more thoughtful amongst Burnley fans will soon see the Farnell - El Kashashy mirage for what it is, and hopefully start their own digging.
We know what they will find - but they will need to do some spade-work to take ownership of the knowledge, and convince the eternal optimists in their own fanbase, who are currently adopting the ostrich position.15 -

I'm looking forward to the "Nordic noir" drama on BBC 4 which will be bloody and dark but should rival "The Killing" and "The Bridge" in the brutal world of football folk who get their just rewards when they fall foul of the "strangers in the shadows".

God help them, seem to remember we felt similar about Southall
