Bit of a random one, but kids have just asked for pokemon sets for Xmas. Just looked and there are loads.
Never played pokemon so at a bit of a loss. Any ideas of a decent starter pack we can get them ?

My son was a Pokemon nut. The latest packs (on sale in shops now) are usually what they want. As an all in one box, Trading Card Game Battle Academy looks decent. Google it for best prices.

That's helped me too. If you look online there are quite a few sets, and before Lockdown I popped into Hamleys in Bluewater and they had a whole variety to choose from. I'm trying to find my old ones that are at my parents somewhere, hoping I had some of the old rare ones but I doubt it0

If you do have some rarer cards, you might be in for a windfall.. Or not depending on how well you sell them

We have tonnes of Pokemon stuff in the loft. 100s of mini figures, many folders of cards including quite a few rare ones. original Pokemon toys and sets that my son collected. You name it, we probably have it. One thing I don't think my son will ever sell.0
