Slight concern for me is we are not exactly laying it on a plate for the strikers...we never have done really. Rest assured if he gets service he will score but the service is critical to his success.
I see from one of the links a few pages back that he’s only 5’3”?
Looking forward to seeing him and Bogle as our main strike force, mouthwatering!0 -
Good news that it is a permanent deal . I have high hopes for Schwartz , a big upgrade on Bogle .1

I just need to know: ..... will he be better than Macauley Bonne? Or even Bogez.

I love it when players pick random high numbers for their shirts
Although part of my brain is questioning if its even allowed in England?3 -

Bowyer-ball, at it's best has always been about creating fewer but very high quality chances. I think if you look back to the last season in League One, you'll see we were really good at working the ball into the box so that most of our shots happened between the posts and less than 18 yards from goal. Both goals at Wembley, for example. Even this season, we have created good chances that have gone begging - just on Saturday, despite all the negativity around that performance, we had a striker take an air shot 6 yards out in the centre of the goal.

Dunno how whelmed to be as I’ve never heard of him (before the last few weeks) and have no idea how good he is. But he simply can’t be worse than Bogle so welcome Ronnie.0

I like him , seems like another loony Danish man at the club , can’t have enough of them .9

Welcome at last Ronnie! Hope your name will be held in the same esteem as Simonsen, Jensen and Rommedahl (if only for the last minute at Selhurst) here one day.1

Sådan! Make no mistake Schwartz is a top notch signing at this level (even at 31 years of age). I’ve followed his career for several years now and he’s a player that’s always impressed me. I honestly thought he was going to sign for us during the last transfer window but obviously that never happened and I ended up with a bit of ITK egg on my face. Delighted it’s happened now though so that’s the main thing.
I’ve got a mate who’s a season ticket holder at one of Ronnie’s former clubs (Silkeborg). He was a massive star there and bagged loads of goals for them. Still worshipped as a football god there as far as I know. I’ll drop him a message to get his thoughts and post them here.
Now we just need to sort out our leaky defence and get Bowyer playing players in their natural positions!
