It is with sadness that I heard today of the passing of Paul Wood - MD of Andrews Sykes - following contracting Covid recently. This is online but I have had it confirmed though I am aware his family are not looking for some big gesture from the club or anything like that. This is all very raw to them at the moment.
I was emailing him at the end of last year and we were trying to arrange for me to go to his factory and to have a look around and we were looking at ways we could work together but, sadly, this has not materialised. The delays being caused by lockdowns.
RIP Paul - A true Charlton fan. A big sponsor and one of our own.

Paul was my much loved Brother, we have had so many great times with family and friends following Charlton.
Whilst Paul had a company box at Charlton he much preferred the lower North, behind the goal where we have all been season ticket holders since our return to the valley.
We have followed the reds since a very early age when our dad took us down with our uncle.
Been all over the country Carlisle to Plymouth, Wembley 3 times, our exile at Palace and west ham.
Paul also followed England home and abroad.
A true fan and sadly missed, life and football will never quite seem the same.
