    I was privileged to have met Paul on numerous occasions including the end of season shirt sponsorship dinners but mainly through POTY.

    Paul was always one of the first to book a table & would politely request a player for his group. 

    I'm sure that numerous players will know Paul from these events and will echo my words of sadness at the loss of such a friendly, lovely guy.

    Clearly he was Charlton through and through.

    Our thoughts are with @Hartleypete and all the family at this distressing time.

    Sykes pumps are a proud long established company and I was told by @SE7toSG3 that it was Sykes pumps that used to pump out WW1 trenches.

    A very sad day.
