    Sandgaard has apparently messaged White saying Bowyer has his full backing

    Bowyer saying not enough fans realise the state of the club before TS came in - That fans need to stop expecting a whole new squad to come in and get instant results

    JW: Patience is a word that not many fans maybe have, Bowyer says he's the same though and acknowledges its a results business

    Jordan saying its a fine balance over TS giving Bowyer time and space and getting rid

    Is there more to come? So far just heard the same stuff from Bow - 12-14 new players every year, hard to get them to gel, etc. 

    I feel the point of this interview is to get the message out that Bowyer has Sandgaard's support

    We are 30 games into the season, yet arguably have put in our two worst performances against Teams at the bottom.

    It's literally the managers most important job, in any organisation, to get their staff to gel and work well together! It's a tired excuse for me now so late into the season.

    Thats weird, because TS expects the playoffs... so is he deluded too ? 

    Exactly what is achievable in pre season, that cant be done over half a season of games and training ? Its all BS, we actually started well until the first break and have been shit ever since.

    why use Talkshite to get a message out? IF TS is backing Bowyer then say so on the OS even if it's to the point of him still being Manager next season despite whatever happens this one. Some clarity is needed imo.

    I really hope our fans don't turn on Sandgaard now but it honestly wouldn't surprise me.

    It's literally the manager's most important job, in any organisation, to get their staff to gel and work well together! It's not an excuse it's flat out dishonest/delusional. 
    Bowyer has to make best use of the squad.  Constant tinkering/rotation/experimentation/blind random selection couldn't teach him anything useful.  Square pegs in round holes is always high risk.  He'll never convince us that a more settled side and players playing in their strongest positions most of the time will have been less successful.

    Surely TS is backing Bowyer. If he wasn’t he would sack him. I don’t think the owner needs to come out and explain why he hadn’t sacked him or to confirm why thinks he is the right man for the job. He did that when he took over and is standing by it for now.
    If people start to turn on TS then that is absolute madness and shameful.

    Not necessarily. He could have decided that Bowyer isn't the man, but with us mired in mid-table there's no immediate pressure to sack him, so could be waiting until he has a replacement lined up. Not saying this is the case, but just pointing out that TS losing faith in Bowyer doesn't necessarily mean an immediate firing.

    You have to wonder why Sandgaard is backing Bowyer via Jim White rather than putting out something on say twitter. There is backing because there is no reason to undermine the manager when you have given him until the end of the season or backing for the long term.
