    The whole market is crying at the moment, yet I still see people on my Twitter timeline saying it’s gonna pump.  I’m sure it will, but I love their optimism

    either will bounce from here and form a head and shoulders or will plummet, either way when the drop comes its gonna be as meteoric as it's pump.

    and then dropping pretty quick as well

    Was going to dump ours when it got to it’s highest point yesterday, literally sat there with my finger on the button and decided to wait and then it dropped massively again.

    Watched Wolf of Wall Street (again) last night.

    Are these ‘alt’ coins the penny stocks equivalent?

    I don’t know how you lot have the energy to deal with the huge swings, I find it fascinating watching from afar.

    I don’t think i do mate.  I’ve been down, up, up, up, down, steady and now down again.  I think the weekend’s nonsense was as a result of people over leveraging, and getting cleaned out, and overnight it may have something to do with the U.S gvt saying they’re gonna whack 80% cap gains tax on crypto.  I could be wrong.

    Well as others have said, not a pleasure to wake up to. My coins have done me for about £500 since the weekend. 
    I have to keep the faith as the long term plan was Hodl. 
    My only switch last night was to convert my Filecoin to Bitcoin. I felt that if any cryptos can bounce back it'll be Bitcoin. 
    Watching the Crypto markets has every adjective in the dictionary used up in the space of a month.

    Agree.  I put 400 quid into UTK in the summer basically to shut a mate up who has committed thousands over a 3 year period and is the sort of bloke who gets heavy into anything.

    I don't fully understand all the guff but it has been a fascinating glimpse watching all the crazy ups and downs, mostly ups until now of course for me.

    The message boards are hilarious.

    21w ema around 45k, if we lose that it is game over imo... Hoping whales use this as a liquidity grab and we stabilise but it is not looking pretty out there.

    look out for bullish divergence and a move up - that isnt cancelled out by bearish divergences.
