The only issue would be if he's not consistent. If a yellow was given every time someone kicks or throws the ball away at a free kick or throw in, which is what is supposed to happen according to the rules, that would soon put a stop to it. In hockey, it's a trip to the sin bin or off permanently, can't remember which, and it just doesn't happen.0 -
