    No rules broken. To me it's a good idea, if Squeeze had sponsored us I'm sure most people would have been fine if Glenn Tilbrook had been given a squad number

    Valid. But if it IS legitimately tough to find 750k in one go then we probably are going to be in League One for a fair bit longer than expected.

    Transfer fees are rarely paid all at once, normally they are staged over a period of time

    NA said there would be a decision, not an announcement.

    Gallen, they might of signed but not announced.

    Looked like Gomas was a done deal on Wed but then two deals that we have been sitting on dropped on Thursday .. now this has changed the situation paying for two attacking players ..

    Our starting 11 is actually quite strong. We have no depth but the window is still open.

    We need a lot more, but for the first game we are not looking bad.

    This window has so far been the weirdest ever imo. We for once have an owner and manager who openly communicates with the fanbase but in respect of signings the silence is deafening. Other than the response that we are talking to players every day absolutely nothing of substance. I personally take that as a positive thing as hopefully we are trying to get decent players in but I admit to being an optimist lol maybe our starting lineup tomorrow will be our best 11 this season

    Blind optimism talking here but with Thomas being a bit of a showman and Kirk probably not signing in time for the game, it doesn’t seem too unlikely that they’re saving the announcements for pre-game.
