An Exeter supporting work colleague has been talking about the last time he remembers Charlton playing away to Exeter in the league. He says that he thinks it was a game where the Charlton keeper nigh on threw the ball into his own net - anyone remember this game?

The first time I met this collegue - Charlton were on the verge of a UEFA place and Exeter were in the Conference and its now very possible that we will be locking horns next season. It's a funny old game .............................0

I didn't go but those who did said Jeff Wood had a 'mare - pretty sure Nicky Johns came in the next game and we set off on a long unbeaten run. May even have been Wood last game for us.0
