Nice one Tracey, very well deserved.

Just out of interest, is that Schwartz fella rumoured to be signing in January, i can see in the background?

    (Looks like our marquee signing!)
  • Lovely gesture by the players, well done Tracey
  • Tracey does a great job.

Is that Ryan Inniss in training kit BTW?

Well deserved, one of the nicest people you could meet.

Its Ryan Inniss yes but imagine he's primarily been working in the Gym or been with the Physio

    Well done Tracey.
  • I’m beginning to hold Tracey in as high esteem as her husband and that is high praise indeed.

no one will or should forget the outing of southall,
I didn't realise he was gay.

    Is Silicone Sally aware?

Not forgetting the graft @Tracey puts in that’s above and beyond her remit, no one will or should forget the outing of southall, but to mention just two the work she put in for Pierre Bolangi memorial gathering along with the cycle ride to Amsterdam. I don’t know who signed Tracey but she’s a £50m team player who I’m privileged to know.
Thank you so much Ray. But honestly without the support of you and other fans I have been privileged to get to know and the staff and players I don’t think I could of got through the last year. At the darkest times I have been able to trust and get support to do things I would never imagine of doing to help save the Club we love. But thankfully now our Club is safe and we can only go up from here xx
We will always have your back.
Thankfully the chances of needing that have lessened considerably.
But we will always be here ❤️

I hope her husband holds her in at least  a much esteem as you do!

Tracey does a lot behind the scenes that I know doesn’t always get made publicly aware on social media. Good, caring stuff, that means the world sometimes to the individuals involved. She has been a fantastic addition to the club in recent years and a real asset in bridging supporters & club, which is outside her role remit.

Lovely to see you appreciated by the players @Tracey I bet that meant a lot to you. Merry Xmas to you and your family from all of us here.

Thank you so much. It really did mean a lot. We have all been through a tough time the last few years and helping to bring us together was something that was so important. We are all a family . Wishing you and your family a lovely Christmas x

Well done Tracey, always nice to be appreciated, you do such great work, both seen and unseen so well deserved.
  • Thx for all you have done Tracey. It's really appreciated. Charlton legend.
  • Well played young lady, thoroughly deserved.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting you and hope I will one day.

Addicked since 1962 so seen a few ups and downs, but the future now looks very bright indeed.

I echo what everyone says on here about Tracey.

During the initial lockdown my son had his birthday which he was obviously devastated about as it meant he had to cancel his party, missed out on seeing his friends, missed out on blowing out his candles in front of everyone etc. Tracey very kindly sent us a whatsapp video from one of the players wishing my son Happy Birthday.

Needless to say he was over the moon.

Thank you Tracey. You're a star and we love you very much.

@tracey never did that for my birthday, I'm going off her

    : - )

As said before so much of what she does, like the above, isn't really in her job role but TJ still does it.  Other clubs often have two or three player liaison officers and we have one but our one is worth three of anyone else's

Pearce has a severe pollen allergy, out for another six weeks.
  • Such an important member of the team.  We are so lucky to have her.

That video is a fascinating watch

Absolutely love her reaction to Leko returning; what a class act.  Sorry if that’s been said elsewhere !
    “My boys coming home” :)

great to see the welcome, no doubt his memories of the club played a big part in his return.

The things that lady makes happen at the club is unreal, I’m not sure she realises how popular and loved she is. There’s being good at your job and there’s going that extra mile for the cause and she does it regularly. Proud to have met the lady and even more chuffed to call her a friend.
    Hear, hear

The 101 little things she does that are not so little for the fans involved.

Leko was with us for what 5 months before he got injured? And he greeted like TL like he would his own mum so you can tell the kind of impact she has on players.
