car bodywork issues advice needed

Trying to bring my 2000 X Reg VW Polo GTI up to best condition I can. People keep telling me its a modern classic of the future. (I should be so lucky B),

A few minor bodywork issues, scratches, couple of small dents etc, and the alloys need some work, so can any of you lovely people recommend someone reliable to do the work.

Also, the carpets, seats need a good deep clean.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.

Where are you based? Revamp in Leesons Hill, Orpington are very good.

If you wanted someone mobile to come out to you I’d be able to recommend a guy. Also excellent, but doesn’t do large panel repairs.

Thanks, I'm in Bexley. Details of both would be great.

Revamp won't be cheap, but they are very good.

If you’ve got dented wings, try eBay. You might be able to get one in the same colour.

Try Tom at GW Coachworks at Northumberland Heath, Erith. 01322350006. He has just finished some work on my old Jag and went the extra mile.

For the wheels I have used A1 Alloys in Bromley with good results. Cant help with the interior sadly…. https://a1alloys.co.uk/

A1 Alloys did a brilliant job with my motor. Also v reasonably priced.

As ever, if you need further pointers, this should go over in the marketplace.
