kings arms in Bexleyheath was very good just before the first lock down, haven't eaten there on a Sunday since though1

Chapter One in Orpington … pricey but great food2

Best roast I had in London - Galvin La Chapelle - wasn't 'that' expensive for the quality of food on offer.
Or locally - The Castle at Eynsford - haven't been post-covid though.
If you want to go a little further afield, The Kentish Hare in Tonbridge Wells or The Corner House at Canterbury is well worth the drive.

The best person to ask is Craig MacGillivray, he loves a roast dinner. Every other post on his Instagram is him tucking into one.

I went to The Pier in Upnor over the weekend. XXL roast beef and all the trimmings was £13.50. Bargain and the food was very nice. You need to book though.

The Knowle Country House Higham Rochester.
This one takes some beating, nice setting too.
You might find yourself sitting in the car for half an hour after leaving to fully recover. Particularly if you have sampled the quite extraordinary dessert trolley!
They only do Sunday Lunch during the winter season as they are wedding event specialists during the summer.
I have found you need to book a couple of weeks in advance.
A little pricey but not OTT by any means.0 -

Blacklock Chops - couple of locations in town. Awesome. Enderby House pub on the river near the O2 is actually OK for a Youngs pub.
