‘Fill the Valley’ - repeated for Ipswich and Cambridge Utd (p17)

I, for one, genuinely hope TS gets his wish to see a FULL Valley. Others, elsewhere, are digging him out for it, I just don't get it!!
Some people have an agenda against TS, my hope is we fill The Valley on Saturday and lots of people who come for free see a great game, experience a rocking atmosphere, see Charlton win, and then come back!
If we want to help TS get his dream of PL football, which we ALL want, now is the time to stand up and help and support him, not still be asking him to get out....it's fucking madness!60 -

That's Into the Valley for you. Their collective remit has long been to see what the general consensus is on here ( and most of them are on here every day - hi chaps!) then adopt the polar opposite view.Redmidland said:I, for one, genuinely hope TS gets his wish to see a FULL Valley. it it is odd - TS is the best thing to happen to this club n years - alright so the start of this season was a disaster but to turn on TS for that is poor8

@Off_it I agree TS made mistakes, he is trying to rectify it, he is new to English football, yet some still want him out, fuck me, they wouldn't have an owner moan about if TS hadn't defeated ESI and co!
There is no pleasing some people!9 -

The closest we could get to a Fairy Godfather IMO.Redmidland said:@Off_it I agree TS made mistakes, he is trying to rectify it, he is new to English football, yet some still want him out, fuck me, they wouldn't have an owner moan about if TS hadn't defeated ESI and co!

Quite honestly, if the team on the pitch hadn’t been so shit at the start of the season, The absolute farcical digging TS out(even on this forum at times) would not have taken place. If the effort taken to undermine/ find reason to dislike TS was put into supporting him and the team, like everyone is with JJ, we could all be heading for an exciting future. I said in the past there always seems to be a preference to focus on negatives above the positives, which I find bizarre considering we all want our team to be successful.Redmidland said:I, for one, genuinely hope TS gets his wish to see a FULL Valley. I know the club needs the premiership but me personally I dont.
I might even bail out if we make the Premiership.2 -

All blocks are open, including those normally closed, so I assume there will be no mask wearing spaces available.
If Plymouth manage to sell out - they are still not on general sale from Home Park - then the current crowd would be 23,164.

Block R appears to have been remove for the moment, so maybe 400 or so being held back

Has anyone thought about the repercussions to all this ??
More traffic, nowhere to park, long queues to get in, cant get served at half time etc etc.
Give me 987 hardy souls v Bradford in the Simod cup anyday.
#i'm joking......

To be fair I don't think TS helped matters by allegedly cutting the budget in half for player recruitment, not signing a replacement for Aneke or Ronnie who it must of been known was on his way out, seemingly thinking that kids from the youth team were going to blow away this league & only a few last ditch signings brought the squad up to a level that has seen us turn a corner (with the help of JJ) Worst of all (joking ........................ almost) attempting to replace Red Red Robin with that pile of appalling shit Addicks to victory..... Fuck off. Having said that without him we may not even have a club to support so thanks TS but how about appointing somebody with close connections/knowledge of CAFC to the clubs SMTpaulfox said:

I think Dortmund's yellow wall or the Kop or some of the Eastern european clubs that go big with their tifo's might disagree.ross1 said:Not many better sights in football than a full Valley IMO. Make it happen Saturday people.4 -

I like Plymouth and their fan base.
They are one of the only teams to sing "you dirty northern bastards" to us years back.
Made a lot of the covered end chuckle. Was a night game from memory.

What's there not to like about Fill the ValleyMy son and I are bringing six family and friends, 2 of my sons support other teams outside London which they never see but they love the atomsphere at Valley and one is even considering getting a season ticket ( which were of course encouraging)My wife is even thinking of taking up one of the tickets and coming first game since late 80's, her last visit was for Sunday Valley clear up and bonfire in early 90's.Let's hope Jacko makes it the JACKSON FIVE V Plymouth. DJ should play in build up Jackson Five " Can you feel it" ...So pleased opposition are Plymouth, top supporters, love going to Home ground to Away fixture! & impressed that 1500 are coming up from West Country, wouldn't it be even better if the away end is full, maybe TS & ticketing team could think of offering a free ticket to Argyle fans who are coming to bring a friend? surely this is possible to organise no point in 1500 empty seats - Fill the Valley means home and away being FULL !Lastly - huge thank you to the drummers, don't know who they are but they do a brilliant job creating the atmosphere ...if i was TS I would make sure the drummers went to all away games - pay there travel.... they have helped create the Valley fortress into a wall of noise.3

Remember a night game in the championship a few years back when they were going well, had Ebanks-Blake and Barry Hayles up front, they pretty much sold out the away end which for that distance on a Tuesday night was very impressive even if a few would've been London based.shirty5 said:

If anyone has any spares/able to get 3 tickets for me I would be extremely grateful. Poplcorn kindly managed to get me 3 for my Dad, brother and me, and now my other brother and his kids would like to come, so another 3 would be fantastic. Grateful for a private message from anyone still able to get 3 more.0

Just out of interest, what do you want?? Allegedly is the the word to focus on in your rant, which means you don’t know as fact. He obviously has good intentions, possibly, not fact, tried to change things some people like yourself don’t like. So all I can see Is someone trying to do things for the good of our club, and yet people like yourself still want to moan. So I ask again what do you want? Did you prefer what came before?. TS has been here just over a year, I’m sure he will do ok, even the things he ALLEGEDLY has done wrong.charltonbob said:
