If you have time (Youtube) watch the EFL interview with JJ. It's thirty two minutes. So impressed. It's called "Why Charlton Athletic is MY club." I would give him the job on that interview alone!!!!!!!!! Sorry if this is posted somewhere in another post - haven't seen it but this may point others to it to watch. Ah, don't feel a div @charlton4ever, it was a useful heads up. Thanks for the link lads, I really enjoyed that. I especially liked the bit on about 23mins or so when he was asked about the first thing he did when he came in as manager.
