Seems Morgan will be moving on at the end of the season then.
Not out of contract so would mean selling or loaning him out.
    Can still be released.
Could but think that’s unlikely, TS will avoid paying off players/managers unless almost forced to like he had to with Adkins and Schwartz.

Why do we have to play Jaiyesimi at LWB. He's played most positions barring his actual positions.

We don't put players in his 'actual' position. At least he can tackle and is strong

    Where is Morgan???

Concerned about JFC starting. He needs to be eased back, to avoid muscle injuries like he had in 2019/20
    On the released
/transfer list with Inniss,Lee, Washington, Leko, Aneke, Gilbey, Gunter, and a few more of the rest, I hope
I doubt we will be flogging Aneke....we only signed him 3 months ago.

Where else is DJ going to play in this formation theough?

Don't say RWB ...... because that's earmarked for Mathews in combination with the overlapping CB Sean Clare.

  • We could play Purrington at LWB and Famewo at CB, 2 players in their actual position. But no Jackson would rather stick DJ who's a right winger at LWB. Makes perfect sense.

He would be a good signing for someone in league two, he probably needs that, and he may end up proving people, obviously myself included wrong. I hope he does.

Then we'd have Purrington and Matthews as wide attackers, and we'd have Famewo kicking it into the stand every five minutes

Could be some good stuff tonight with Chris Perry joining Charlotte and Curbs in the studio, note that Chris  played 200 matches for Wombles, as well as 100 for us, always liked Chris so should be a good foil with Curbs tonight..

Or we play a flat 4-4-2 bring back the basics (a formation that'd work for most of our team too!)

Nobody would be stupid enough to buy him off us anyway.

Never mind that, i'm only here to see if Burstow signed any autographs after stepping off the team bus?

It makes perfect sense to Mr Jackson.

Look inside his head and you see defensive RWB Matthews dropping to LCB to coverh the inside overlapping CB Clare.
And attacking LWB, tonight DJ, who when he gets forward conventional LB Purrington moves across to cover him.

Player combinations. The theory is that preserves the team shape. Remember, one defensive WB, one attacking WB.

Really liked Perry when he played for us.

Had an almighty leap on him for such a small Centre-Back

Only slightly taller than Chris Solly

But Jacko doesn't play a flat 4-4-2, Dazzler. He's not going to change radically now - if you're dreaming of a flat back 4 then the diamond is as close as you'll get once in a blue moon, late on to chase the game.

Is this a joke or is there genuine rumour about Naby re-signing?

What a great strike by Jeremy Santos for the U23s, if only the first team knew how that is done...
