If this was in the Peter Ridsdale era i'm not surprisedRedhenry said:i had a mate with a player at Leeds, they got promoted and his salary doubled to 40k a week. The player had been injured for about 15 months..0 -
Dates don’t line up perfect but only long term injury I could find from that promotion season was Adam Forshaw…0

He is a very confident person. Parker has proved to be a capable manager at both Fulham and Bournemouth .. true he has had a lot of money to spend on transfers and salaries at both clubs .. whatever, he seems to have the ability to motivate players and to establish a winning tactical system .. good luck to him1

Did I say they weren't good? I was asking about style of play. Stats also show that they are 10th in the league for completed passes and 11th in the league for possession.Chris_from_Sidcup said:
Can't be true, since he took over they've scored the second highest amount of goals and conceded the least in the division. Scored 4 v West brom, Blackpool, Reading and Swansea.colthe3rd said:Can't say I've seen much of Forest but I heard Cooper's tactics are mind numbing to watch, is that true? Either way though he's done an impressive job so far with them.
Beat Arsenal 1-0 and smashed Leicester 4-1 in the FA cup and gave Liverpool a good game. Whatever his tactics are, i'd say they're pretty good.0 -
I don't know how or why people can remain angry at Parker for going Chelsea. It was a long time ago.
It wasn't a good thing but shit happens eh
Richard Murray appointed Ian Dowie as manager just to wind someone up. There's the idea for you about the person he was dealing with.
I believe Murray was likely to be beyond useless at handling the situation and he didn't provide a young rather arrogant lad the respect and direct honesty that he perhaps required.
Parker then interest in us and his mind was elsewhere.
The January bastard transfer window1 -
You didn't i agree, but i was simply pointing out that a side scoring that many goals and beating some PL teams surely can't have tactics that are that mind numbing. It's not like they've been boring their way to tons of 1-0s.colthe3rd said:
