It is v simple. At the beginning of these "highly emotional matches" the club announce "ANYONE who gets on the pitch after the match will instantly be banned from football for life". I suspect this will do the job.3 -

All Viera has to say is that he was concerend that the fan might have a weapon so he did what was required to ensure his own safety as the police/stewards couldn't. No way any action could be taken against him.2
