The future bright, the future Orange.
Total football.3 -
Even though we look a little slow when we get into Dartfords half I am enjoying this, and Ness is looking very decent.
Hopefully Egbo is okay, but a left back he is not, so we need more cover there.8 -
Egbo fine1

Wow. Found the game was being streamed, but when I went to log on, thewebsite is new and they didn't know me. Neither could I remember what email address I used to create the account. I had to go into the office to find a pc that recognised me, but I am back on line. have I missed much?0

Dartford are starting to show some good touches, and getting some good balls into the attacking half, we are somewhat labouring in our "measured" build up, need to step it up a bit..0
-
Lovely cross from Fraser, shame it found the Goalkeeper instead of Stockley's head
Then Scott is unlucky not to score, neat run beyond the Dartford players into the box1 -
Lovely run from Fraser2
-
We've missed that sort of run from midfield since Aribo and Gallagher6

Surely there is someone in the U23s or U18s who is worth a try ahead of Morgan? When are we going to admit defeat with him?

Fraser really starting to pull the strings now, popping up everywhere.8

Great combination play from Fraser Kirk and Egbo down the left.2
-
Really good corner from us... Not sure who took it, pinball in the area... Should score0
-
RB at LB is my pet hate. Solly, Gunter, and the one game Joe Gomez had at LB for Cafc it always looked wrong as the players were so limited in what they could do both defensively and going forward.
Unfair to Egbo and it stops him showing what he get do by bombing forward on the right side.
Not watching the game so relying on text.2 -
Lovely goal!1

Kirk!! 1-01

He's not done anything special defensively... But impressed with how Kirk has tracked back at times
Could yet do better, but like how he's trying rather than just leaving his Full-Back exposed.2 -
0-1 Kirk gets our first goal, nice pass from Morgan as an assist, more like it..3
-
Lovely goal2

Lift off for Kirk!!2

As fine an exposition of possession football as you’ll ever see.
Once we lumped it forward, we scored.5 -
Kirk and Fraser are on a different footballing level compared to the whole squad.15

TS said that good to see us playing from
defence linking and getting beyond the midfield unlike last season .. very pleased to see the plan starting to take shape but said it will take a few more weeks to get it perfect … on transfers unlikely to be much action in the next few weeks unless agents clubs and players are more realistic .. but this will change as we get closer to the start of season when agents start to panic3 -
That's the Kirk from Crewe lovely goal12

Ness not doing anything too special but doesn’t look out of place. Lavelle and O’Connell a very commanding CB pair. Egbo adding that attacking flair.
