Tried to keep it quite balanced, front 3 is pretty attacking so have got Kante in for protection and Vieira to help him out and get forward too, then De Bruyne to provide the assists.
I know Irwin played left back most of the time but was right footed and played right back first, and he was better than Neville, Dixon etc.

Found that hard too, wanted to put about 6 players in the midfield 3!RodneyCharltonTrotta said:Impossible to pick the front 3 and midfield.1 -
Surprised to see no Gerrard, midfield is the toughest though, could make an argument for 6/7 easily0

Apart from the Brexit XI it's unanimous on the keeper - probably the easiest position to fill!Henry in every team bar one also.1

Tosser of the highest order but was a brilliant centre back.se9addick said:Surprised by the love for Terry.0 -

Surprised by how many are going for Vidic. Not sure I'd even put him in a United XI - Ferdinand and Stam were better.1

That's a good team. Agree with the front 3 and Schmeichel. I had Lampard instead of Scholes, and Adams and Terry as my centre backs0

Surprised that some have left Henry out, to me he is the Premier league's best ever player.0

Each to their own, I think he was at his best when Carvalho was beside him and I think Carvalho was the better of the two so it was a bit odd that he wasn’t available for selection. Stam also seriously worthy of consideration but not available for selection.North Lower Neil said:

I disagree, but opinions are what football is all about.North Lower Neil said:Surprised by how many are going for Vidic. Not sure I'd even put him in a United XI - Ferdinand and Stam were better.
