Think it's worth it's own thread - We recorded last night with Peter Varney and Steve Sutherland. This episode is long at an hour and thirty minutes, plus there is more to come in a bonus edition in a couple of weeks.
It's clear how much these two guys love Charlton and how they were at the centre of it when we had our most successful seasons.It's available on all the usual podcast channels and below. We also talk to @SE7toSG3 about the Museum and delve into their archives.

I’ve not listened, but is that more synonymous with the shift in general office working environments for say the mid-90s to now? It's more about how they fostered a family atmosphere where everyone working at the Valley, Bexleyheath, Sparrows Lane hauled the club forwards
