I hope whoever followed Alan Pledger made it very clear that he speaks for the minority and not the majority.
“AP (Alan Pledger – Maidstone and the Weald) said the sale of the club is the last thing we want. He said we had all that a few years back and that is the last thing we want. He said better the devil you know than the one you don’t.”

I think he was pressed well by Heather and others according to those notes. I was actually surprised to see the official website report some of that to the detail it has.11 -

So, TS's decision making on the manager front is non existent, can we expect it'll be the same with the new manager?
Why also wasn't Martin Sandgaards role questioned, as he appears to be clueless as well, making father and son a liability along with the blonde?0 -
Who was the caretaker manager he tried to appoint after Garner’s exit but wouldn’t pay the wages their agent asked for?
Is Scott Marshall still at the club?0 -

Matt Southall - WTF.
Alan Pledger - is that the view of the people you represent, honestly?
We lost the kit department - why would that have an inpact on anything?
Been looking for a CEO for over a year, yeah rightho - where have you been looking, under a bush?
Well done to HA for the questioning and not believing the bullshit.27 -

Can someone explain the bit about the loss of the kit staff please? I know several of them have gone, but I'm not sure what he was actually talking about in that bit of the meeting.

”He said there was a fan that offered a very friendly loan on good terms for a few hundred thousand pounds a little over a year ago, which has been documented, and because the terms were good he did it. He said things like that are always helpful.”0 -

What I heard was Scott Marshal was called into the office at Sparrows Lane after Ben Garner and offered Garner's job until the end of the season. He came out to speak to Garner and Garner said you may as well take it. Marshall is supposed to have said he couldn't work for these people and went back into the office and told them to make up his money.25

mind boggles how the whole conversation went and what it was earmarked for and if that came to fruition - hope that they have a good plan for its return

Interesting that Garner's comments in public, and his behaviour seemed to be more of an issue than results
It was obvious Garner had had enough and was effectively "asking to be sacked" by slating the owner in public.6 -

Most were happy because they got to an FA Cup Final, played in Europe & nearly made to to the EPL.
You’ll be surprised what some fans will put up with, if you give them a whiff of success.0 -
@Weegie Addick
Given TS’s Southall revelation, I’m sure I heard you say at the start of Monday’s call that Southall had contacted CAST in recent days.Did I hear that right? If so, what was the nature of his contact?Thanks0 -

After the meeting with TS, what are your thoughts? Full of shit and giving lip service or do you believe he is putting stuff in place?1 -

Because he is lying.
He is definitely looking to sell butl his ego would not allow him to admit he's fucked up on a fans forum.5
