    It is a concern that there are no naturally left footed players in the 18 apart from AMB who is a keeper.

    It has to be a 4-4-2 with Dobson and L.Watson in the middle of the pitch IMO.

    Of those in the starting line-up, I don’t know which other outfield player would play in centrally with them.

    really don’t understand the over excitement from some about playing 442, it’s an outdated formation and totally unimaginative which won’t hold up over the course of the season

    What's happened to Terry Taylor? Only last week Appleton was quoted as saying how unlucky he was not to start v Stevenage, but not in the 18 today.

    Does the formation really matter that much?

    So long as the Midfield | Defence | Attack supports each other, and doesn't leave the other overloaded, a team should be able to get the job done - Its not like Footballers are restricted to areas of the pitch like in a game of Subbuteo ;)

    I think Wycombe could be one of the few teams you could actually get away with it against as they don't play through their midfield as much as other teams.

    He got subbed off with concussion against Stevenage didnt he... So he'll be missing this game at the very least due to the Concussion Protocal
