Sandgaard was going to take us to the top, because he used Freshfields.3

These are people very skilled with talking in such situations. They know what to say / what not to say, and normally how to play an audience of supporters.Elthamaddick said:bet they can't wait for this after some of the dross the team have served up over the past few weeks
Not saying that as a negative per se, these type of evenings are normally good value, but it’s generally rare where I think fully open and honest answers are given.Hope it goes well tonight3 -
My question would be as follows
" when the club was looking for a new manager what thought processes went into choosing a proven journeyman with no significant record of success? "15 -

I don’t think they’ll be time Henry, I’ve got 15 questions to get through.Henry Irving said:

@Braziliance @charltonbob the link that @Henry Irving was trying to direct you to is here: https://londonnewsonline.co.uk/new-charlton-athletic-owners-reveal-list-of-major-shareholders-and-structure-of-their-senior-management-team/He'd managed to paste it twice so it had all run together, which was why your browser couldn't find it.9

My question would be "why does our club get fucked every time by so called genuine owners". This has been happening for too long and it's not fair on our supporters. We deserve better. I don't expect premiership football but integrity from owners.9

Do you mind asking if they can make it clear who owns the club and what their action plan is?
I think it's quite unclear who calls the shots etc, unless that's been provided and I've missed it.
I just want to be able to look up the history of every person who has a say on CAFC matters right now to see if there's hope.
Right now it feels too similar to recent owners where they don't feel like the people to take us forwards.
Braziliance - you might find this useful. The information was pulled together by The Charlton Dossier:

My question: Andy, you've been at the club for several windows now and have, on balance, mostly brought in players who are miles off the pace. What's your favourite sandwich?26

Wanted to come to this, would have been my 3rd meeting. The missus has her work Xmas do tonight so I can’t make it.I am looking forward to the write up0

I can’t go tonight because I’m going to watch Spurs vs West Ham on Prime.Ask them how they’re going to entice me back to their shitshow?1
-
Look forward to the report after a thousand of us impatient Lifers ask what was said and why is it being kept from us!5

Can someone ask them what the optimum temperature for spot welding is please.
They shouldn’t be keeping this sort of information from fans, it’s a disgrace.2 -
I am unwell and live too far away..I would be very happy for you to act as my proxy though👍Henry Irving said:

Definitely not! Someone needed to feed the kids, bathe them and put them to bed. Suppose that had to be me!mendonca said:

Where’s the write up then :-)1

My mate Paul has shared a few tweets with some snippets from tonight, sure he won't mind me posting them, not sure if he posts on hereCallumcafc said:Where’s the write up then :-)

Not sure I agree that making Kirk captain and playing him as a holding midfielder so Dobson can play centre back is a good idea but Scott and Appleton are both professionals.
Excellent night, about 70 there, @Covered End asked all the, sensible, questions people on here wanted asked and he got answers. CharltonTV, parking, loans, ambition, academy all asked about.
On the tweets above Scott said they "didn't want players who wanted to play for Charlton in league one" in the sense of not just that, they want players who aspire to play higher with us or someone else, not for example, to use @Covered End 's example Ben Watson
Lots of interesting stuff and insights into their thinking which I can't be bothered to post tonight
As ever, the proof of the pudding will be in the eating.22 -
Too busy watching that jungle programme to write thoughts, will leave it to others, a good night, thanks for organising!1

Answered yes.alburyaddick said:Can someone ask Andy Scott a straightforward question - Are we going to be able to spend money on transfer fees ( not loans or frees) in the Jan window.
Owners want to move club forward at every opportunity.
Aspiring to top 10 Championship in short/medium term & Premier League thereafter.19 -
I asked Rodwell is Keohane still with the club and he answered yes.carly burn said:Can someone ask about the young lad with the meat patties?
Heard a rumour he won't be round too much longer. Can they confirm?
I didn't want to make it too personal so didn't follow it up.
However, I have heard from a number of seperate sources that he is going/gone and am confident that is correct.19 -
I don't believe Scott tells coaches the formation to play.Sir Chrissy said:Unfortunately unable to make it.
Would be interested to understand Scotts take on his involvement and insistance formation and style of play?
However he did say that they had recruited for a certain style/formation.
Then Holden inexplicably decided to play a different formation this season, which clearly didn't appear to work.
This helped his demise after he had also declined many offers of assistance as well.9 -
Kirk as CM captain!? How am I ever going to sleep tonight!1
