    My assumption is that Gilliesphy in means Ness will probably get a loan move this window. 

    Still hoping CBT sign a new deal. Would be a massive boost for the club if he signs a new deal. He’s the one I really want to be at Charlton next season.

    Reason being it's as late as today presumably so he can't play against them...

    I think the Plymouth CB plus a LB are all we need in defence. I think people will be amazed how different we look defensively with a proper midfield in front of them and a striker that can hold the ball up alongside Alfie.

    Really pleased if that's true, haven't got time to play silly buggers with JCH as much as I want him to sign.

    Would assume the striker is Sam Smith from Reading and I totally agree that Ness badly needs a loan somewhere, just go and get regular football again.

    I won’t, been making that point for a while. Any L1 defence will struggle if it’s constantly exposed and doesn’t get enough support.

    I just can’t see it, Appleton has stubbornly stuck with 4-2-3-1/4-3-3. He’s known for playing that way with previous clubs too. With our poor form if it was his preference I’m sure we’d have seen it by now.

    I think they will look to bring another wing back and another CB as well.

    Noise is now, they are planning for life without CBT and Dobbo, but they won't let them go on the cheap this month, they have figure they want, and they don't have to sell, and both players are happy to stay till the end of the season. Charlton are in a strong position with them both!

    The issue is, they both know the figure Chuks is on, and want the same.. Which isn't going to happen. Both deals they have been offered would take them to among the highest paid players in league One.. That tells you how much Chuks is on, and why they can't move him on easily.

    Would be surprised if Ipswich allow it until they bring in a striker. They've only added Sarimento so far and I think Hirst is still injured

     The deal Chuks is on will never be repeated in league one ever! Their agents need to give their heads a wobble.
    It was drawn up by a bloke that was absolutely bobbins where football was concerned.

    Ipswich main striker is injured so Ladapo won’t be going anywhere. If they bring in a couple then maybe at the end of the window there’d be a chance but I think it’s unlikely
