    What a super event! Karen, Beth and Carla came across really well, providing fascinating and insightful answers. I enjoyed watching from the sidelines for a change. We were flooded with excellent questions from fans online and heard a moving story from the father of a Syrian refugee family - they landed by chance in the local area and now follow both men and women teams. Lovely that they feel so welcomed as part of our community.

    Thanks for the write up, good read. Very surprised a set up outside of the WSL would have 9 non-playing staff (if I’m reading that correctly?)

    9 isn't many really for the women's set up, Manager, assistant and goalkeeping coach make up 1/3rd you then have the U21's and academy, I suspect there are still a number of volunteers as well.
