  • What a super event! Karen, Beth and Carla came across really well, providing fascinating and insightful answers. I enjoyed watching from the sidelines for a change. We were flooded with excellent questions from fans online and heard a moving story from the father of a Syrian refugee family - they landed by chance in the local area and now follow both men and women teams. Lovely that they feel so welcomed as part of our community.

A write-up should be on castrust.org by the end of the week.

Thanks for the write up, good read. Very surprised a set up outside of the WSL would have 9 non-playing staff (if I’m reading that correctly?)

A picture of Karen with a manager of the month award showed them all.

9 isn't many really for the women's set up, Manager, assistant and goalkeeping coach make up 1/3rd you then have the U21's and academy, I suspect there are still a number of volunteers as well.
