May needs to hold R1/RB to finesse one of these shots.
May needs to learn the “places shots” player trait (had to get the FM equivalent in there)

If we don't get a second we know what will happen here.

    We will win 0-1
  • Poor finishing, shaky at the back, should have conceded a penalty, game not over by a long chalk. Should be out of sight maybe but not taking our chances could come back to haunt us.
    Good summing up.

Brown in the studio: Cheltenham have lost 8/8 games they’ve been behind at half time

As we miss chance after chance, I doubt there is a single Charlton fan watching who doesn't know what is going to happen.

And with our defence looking really shaky  I fear it will happen.

Desperately need a second goal to kill this off and can only hope that Alfie finally gets his goal.

Just heard that stat from Brownie 😱.
  • Anderson needs to calm down looks like he is trying too hard. Isted looks shaky. Kanu is making a menace of himself, Small and Tennai look threatening. Reg is playing well but we need a second goal to kill it off

Who are you, and what have you done with Steve Brown? Feeling positive again.

C'mon Charlton, there really is no need to miss sitters and wait for a piss poor home team to be gifted an equaliser... Honest!

Not sure how it's still only 1-0, as we've had several good chances, while at the back we're looking vulnerable.

Anderson really off it, it's surely a matter of when Bakinson replaces him, rather than if. Or bring Ladapo on and move May to No 10.

    Alfie that is, not Theresa

Cov, REG, Small and and Tennai all very good.

My favourite Anderson is hanging a bit of a stinker. Isted hesitant and uncommunicative, too.

Twenty minutes only achieved a bruised ball, then a moment of real quality with Coventry's pass. Plenty more chances followed for Charlton and we really should be further ahead.

We need to be, as there are some alarming moments of our own making at the back still.
    Did you sit on it?
  • Third away game out of the last four where Charlton have led at HT having only done that once this season before Bolton.

Although the only of those recent four games that they've gone on to win was the one they were losing at Derby.

    What a crazy game.
Should be cigars and slippers with an Alfie May Hat trick to add to Kanu's opener.
1 nil not 4 nil so we could blow this lead.

Great move for goal after a poor opening 15 minutes: George to Coventry with a simple pass to the excellent Tennai Watson who passed in a lovely cross for Kanu to finish.

Why has Alfie May forgotten how to score from open play ?
Alfie never hides but some poor attempts at goal and instead of enjoying the 2nd half we are still on tender hooks.

Anderson good out of possession but poor on the ball so far.

Coventry and Dobson can play together and having 8 chances away from home isn't too shabby but not taking 7 of them is poor.

    It's the Alfie May show!
    Away end very gloomy.
    Shocking ref.
  • If we have seen the real Connor Coventry in the last couple of games, we have one hell of a player on our hands.

Not far off Josh Cullen in the tight, and for energy levels but with a better range of passing and a bit more physicality.

Cheltenham have a throw from the right, get it into our area, and REG clears.

Has their stadium ever been Partially-Suzuki? If so when did Suzuki seize full control of the ground?
