Any problems with the trains for this one?
There will be no industrial action on the railways on this day, but do not be surprised if there is some disruption as per normal on Avanti West Coast.

Strange allocation bearing in mind of the capacity of that end plus the seats. I assume there’s at least another 500 if we need them.

    Comfortably.

The gate will not top 3,000 so plenty of room available.

We have to sell our initial allocation first though.

Which is unlikely - bloody long trek to get there - my 3 mates and I are staying overnight in AirB&B on Saturday in Lytham St Anne’s

Annoyed I can't make this game, as I've enjoyed my Fleetwood visits, and potentially it might be our last ever visit (unless we both go down!) with their owner locked up.

One thing the Blackpool area isn't short of, is cheap accommodation...

Train fares in England continue to amaze me. How can it be more expensive to get a train up north for 3 hours than it is to fly across Europe for 3 hours?

Also amazed at how prices can ramp up so steeply once just a few miles out of London.

For many years the public have not been encouraged to use trains.
To be paying £100 to go wherever when you can travel abroad for less is crazy.
Ten years ago it was nowhere near as expensive, and the discounted fares were very reasonable, the advance purchase fares now are not so attractive compared to then.

You’d think those 100 would all be sold over the next couple of days as well. Weekend in Blackpool, train to the game to see Nathan Jones’ mighty Addicks.

Lets hope that next Saturdays trains run better than tomorrows, already there are 56 cancellations & 18 alterations scheduled on Avanti West Coast.

Good numbers - going x 2 there and back in the day - must be mad, but have a proper buzz around following the team and being on a better run away from home right now than we have been all season is all the additional motivation I need! Their club bar is also really good and welcoming.

Meant to pick up my Fleetwood tickets today at The Valley, but running very late. Does anyone know whether you can pick up tickets at full time?

Fantastic following bearing in mind where Fleetwood is distance wise. Only dampener is that it will be raining all weekend and no doubt their away end roof will have as many holes in it as a Swiss cheese. Mind you who would have thought the more modernToughsheet would serve up the same to away fans…but it did!

Last season you could purchase from the ticket office on the day so don’t foresee any problems

Tickets for Saturday's trip to Fleetwood go off sale at 1pm on Friday afternoon.

Subject to availability, remaining tickets can be purchased (card only) from the Ticket Office located by Highbury Stadium's Parkside Stand on matchday, with no price increase.
