I find him so frustrating. He’s not good enough to be a central midfielder while his defending as a right (or left) back is average at best, but it seems he keeps his place because he is capable of a wonder ball out of nothing or a lovely strike from distance. The trouble is, his beautiful defence splitting passes and wonderstrikes are too rare for him to be worth it. It seems to me he makes more poor passes than good ones. I don't like Right footers playing in a left Back position but today it might not matter.

We're playing the game at a snail's pace and I know they're losing, but Finland look comfortable and like they're growing into it. Can't keep standing on the ball, taking 8-9 touches and then passing it two yards sideways.1
